It's nice to appreciate the work other's put into their homes and gardens.. I didn't get close enough to this chair, but I might just assume, its made out of a plastic!
June is indeed a wonderful time, to put out a new chair, and invite your guest to come and relax for the season.... me? I'll just get out the pressure washer, and knock the skuzz off the ones I bring home after other's purchase their new ones!
